Britain's first pay-per-view estate agency has launched

A pay per view estate agent has launched in the UK for the first time.
Wesold.co.uk will charge sellers £118.80 for taking photos, drawing up a floor plan and listing the property on the major websites, plus £42 per viewing up to a maximum of £420.
There will be no further fee for completing a sale. With average property prices now around £160,000, estate agency fees, including VAT, on the typical home now add up to nearly £3,500.
A spokesman said: "Looking to sell your home but want to avoid paying £1000′s in commission when your properties sold? Then why not keep it simple and only pay for when someone actually turns up to view your property?
"With just a small upfront fee of £99+VAT to get your property on the market and then £35+VAT for each viewing that we secure it can save you thousands compared to a local High Street Estate Agent. If the viewers like your home and put in an offer – that’s great. Congratulations! You keep every penny of the sale.
"We prefer to work with results. In other words, you’ll be able to see – and meet – exactly who and what you are paying for. We call our service Pay-Per-Viewing.
"At www.wesold.co.uk we believe this is the ONLY way estate agents should be selling property. The first step in getting a property sold is to havepeople walking through the front door and this is something we do very well. We have agents all over England and Wales that are ready to visit your property.
"In order to sell your house online one of our estate agents will come and meet with you at your home. We’ll then write a property description and photograph both inside and out before uploading the advert onto top selling UK websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, FindaProperty, Globrix and others.
"By advertising on these website we can get 170 million buyer searches every month. This number of searches beats what any Estate Agent can get on their website by miles. That’s why our main concern is getting your property on all these portals."
